The affiliated Plans of Labor Unions have two “employee benefit” issues that should be addressed by all Administrtors and Trustees; union members and employees of the Plans. Plans’ offices can often have a great number of employees servicing the needs of the union members. In addition, the Union members are in need of group insurance to mitigate the costs to themselves and their families.


The Plan’s employees are just as in need of group insurance coverage as the union members themselves. Plan’s offices often provide group life and disability insurance for the employees that constitute the backbone of the Labor Union and keep theUnionand Plans running smoothly. NGL and it’s affiliated companies can assist in providing cost effective group insurance programs that will provide coverage to Plans employees as well as the Union members should they become disabled or worse. These programs can be specifically designed for the needs of the group whether large or small.
